This means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Finding the right balance for all of the components of your life might be difficult at times. Each component is intricately and beautifully woven into the others. The result is a tapestry of sorts that mirrors your unique life. Sometimes the tapestry needs repair or altering. Figuring out how to repair the components of diet, exercise or product choices is empowering, but can also feel overwhelming. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Are you frustrated by weight gain even though you feel you diet and exercise? Are you confused by the theories about nutrition and diet that fill the bookstores? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole and make sense of the vast amounts of information that cross your path each day. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
